Delivering to the family home in central Bakersfield
California Avenue is close enough to downtown that a delivery to the service and a second one to a house nearby can go out on the same run. If you are sending both, order them together and tell us — it saves you a second delivery fee.
Flowers at the service are for the day. Flowers at the home are for the week after, when the visitors have gone and it is quieter. If you are outside the immediate family, the home is often the more useful place to send.
Timing for a Mission service
- Order by 12pm for delivery the same afternoon, Monday to Saturday.
- For a service, we deliver two to three hours before it starts so everything is placed before the family arrives.
- For a Monday service, order by Saturday morning. We are closed Sundays.
- For a graveside service at a cemetery rather than the chapel, tell us when you order. Those are timed and built differently.
Confirm the time with the funeral home and tell us what they said. We will work to it.

Standing sprays for a service start at $324.99 and go up with size. Casket sprays start at $199.99, and arrangements for the family home start at $64.99. Tell us your budget and we will tell you what it actually buys before you commit to it.
